We are seeking an experienced and creative Retail Manager to oversee daily storefront operations, manage inventory and procurement of global floral stock, and lead our floristry design team. This role requires a balance of high-level creative direction and robust retail business management to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Operations & Leadership: Oversee daily boutique operations, manage retail budgets, set sales targets, and design visual merchandising displays to optimize boutique traffic.
• Floral Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and schedule roster shifts for junior florists and retail assistants. Establish brand standards for bouquet crafting, floral arrangements, and wedding event setups.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Procurement: Source, negotiate, and order fresh flowers and botanical supplies from global and wholesale suppliers. Oversee flower conditioning and storage quality control to minimize wastage
• Business Development & Client Relations: Formulate strategic marketing campaigns and seasonal collections (e.g., Valentine's Day, festive seasons). Manage large-scale accounts for weddings, corporate workshops, and upscale events.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management, specifically handling high-end floral design or specialty luxury retail.
• Technical Skills: Exceptional artistry in modern and traditional floral design techniques. Proficiency in retail Point of Sale (POS) tools, inventory management software, and e-commerce platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
