Our client is in Insurance industry. They are looking for a Technology Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible.

Duties

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, advising the CEO and senior management on technology strategy.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, technology governance, system integration standards and best practices across the organisation.
• Manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, endpoint management and collaboration platforms to ensure security, scalability and reliability.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, security operations, vulnerability management, incident response and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee disaster recovery, backup and business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience.
• Manage enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, SAP Business One and Microsoft 365, ensuring secure and scalable integration with internal and third-party systems.
• Lead and develop the infrastructure and operations team, manage technology budgets, and oversee strategic vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate and drive the adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• With 8 years of relevant experience in technology leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Experience managing Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity.
