Responsibilities
Plan and maintain stimulating, age-appropriate learning environments that promote children's overall development.
Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and encouraged to learn.
Build trusting relationships with children and guide them in developing positive social behaviour.
Monitor children's progress through regular observations, documentation, and developmental assessments.
Adapt learning activities and teaching methods to meet children's individual needs.
Communicate and collaborate with families to maintain consistency in children's care and learning between home and the centre.
Work with colleagues to support children's well-being and developmental needs.
