Responsibilities
Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5 days
Job Scope
Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, preparation of offer letters, and work pass applications whilst staying current with MOM regulatory requirements
Process monthly payroll calculations, CPF contributions, leave tracking, staff claims, government grants, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies
Administer staff insurance renewals, support internship programmes, and prepare yearly payroll audit reports including IR8A, IR21, and statutory submissions
Maintain records of IT equipment, office supplies, company assets, and liase with building management and IT vendors for operational support
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, CPF requirements, and MOM guidelines is advantageous
Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism
