• Be responsible for overall planning functions
• Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects
• Overall in charge of the implementation of project schedules
• Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis
• Maintain and update all schedules, collecting actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluating project progress
• Oversee monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submissions
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience
• Has aptitude for planning role
• Be adept in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 knowledge
• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
