What You'll Do:

• Source and attract suitable talent through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms, to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  
  

• Collaborate closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
  
  

• Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
  
  

• Coordinate interviews and manage follow-up communications between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  
  

• Provide timely updates, feedback, and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage of their hiring journey.
  
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment records in our ATS.
  
  

• Build and nurture strong candidate relationships while ensuring a positive, engaging, and seamless experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

Any Bachelor's degree

Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
