Job Description
Develop M&E Plans: Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, plans, indicators, and tools to track project performance and outcomes.
Monitor Project Activities: Monitor project implementation to ensure activities are carried out according to approved work plans, timelines, and objectives.
Data Collection and Management: Coordinate the collection, verification, analysis, and management of quantitative and qualitative data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Performance Monitoring: Track project indicators, targets, outputs, and outcomes to assess progress against established objectives and performance benchmarks.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular M&E reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting project progress, achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Field Monitoring and Evaluation: Conduct field visits, site assessments, surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to verify project progress and assess the effectiveness of interventions.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness through routine data quality assessments and verification processes.
Capacity Building and Support: Provide guidance and training to project staff and partners on M&E methodologies, data collection tools, reporting procedures, and monitoring requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, implementing partners, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with M&E requirements and reporting standards.
Learning and Continuous Improvement: Identify implementation gaps, analyse lessons learned, and recommend corrective actions to improve project effectiveness, accountability, and overall impact.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or equivalent
Revit software
Able to work on weekends when required
