Responsibilities
Job Scope
Your duties and responsibilities shallinclude, but not be limited to,
Coordination with PM & MEP consultants and government authorities.
Coordination with other site departments (Construction team) to resolve discrepancies & technical issues to ensure project completion on time within budget.
Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (MEP drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequence and project schedule.
Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.
Attend site meetings and necessary site walk.
Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
GENERAL CONTRACTORS (BUILDING CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING
MAJOR UPGRADING WORKS)
