Job Responsible:

· To support and maintain the Logistic and Warehousing System of the company. He/she will be responsible to modernize the company new Logistic and Warehousing System

· To conduct a research, plan, analyze and design the system based on users requirement.

· Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

· Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing system

· Conduct the user acceptance test with the user

· Conduct the vulnerability testing on system before the deployment

· Responsible to provide solution and troubleshoot for end user.

· Identify gaps between client’s requirements and product or services proposed.

· Prepare functional, systems and program specifications in accordance to the business needs

· Prepare project plans, implementation schedules and solution document

· Develop and maintain documentations within responsible area.

· Provide post-implementation user operation support.

· Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting issues.

· Responsible for the design and ongoing enhancement of the system architecture through the deployment of innovative solutions, tools, new technologies & methods to improve the efficiency and performance of the WMS.

Fields of Experience:

· Good knowledge in server configuration, database optimization and information security are an advantage.

· Knowledge in Warehouse Management System and Logistic System is an advantage.

Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (System Developer/System Analyst) is required for this position.

· Applicants must be willing to work in VV EMALL.

· Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

· Experience/ knowledge in creating test cases, test plan, implementation plan.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts.

· Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.

· Strategic thinker who is self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.

· Possess good time-management skills with ability to prioritize & deliver assigned tasks.

· Team Player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
