Job Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders (PO) and purchasing documents.
• Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure competitive pricing.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and outstanding items.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
