Job Title: Course Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)

【Key Responsibilities】

• Parent Consultation: Receive and handle educational inquiries from parents.
• Course Sharing: Clearly and professionally introduce our course structures and advantages to parents.
• Progress Update: Accurately assess and communicate the students' learning levels and needs to their parents.
• Customer Service: Promptly reply to parents' online messages and maintain excellent communication.
• Appointment & Follow-up: Schedule and invite parents to visit the centre, and take charge of continuous customer relationship maintenance and follow-ups.

【Requirements】

• Language: Proficient in Mandarin (Mandarin Speaker) to ensure smooth communication with our main client base.
• Experience: SPM , Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Personal Traits:
• Positive attitude, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
