Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduate are welcome.

Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.

Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

Help organize and coordinate company events and training programs.

Provide support for HR-related inquiries from employees.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The role includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training coordination, HR administration, and statutory compliance.
