Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Puchong
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

The Smart Series is seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the marketing department, collaborating closely with our social media team, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and sales growth. This role blends strategic thinking, content creation, digital marketing, and hands-on execution, offering a great opportunity for growth in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Support.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness and sales.
Support promotional campaigns, product launches, showroom marketing, and seasonal sales initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimising campaigns based on key marketing metrics.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints Social Media & Content Creation.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
Create engaging content including captions, short-form videos, visuals, stories, and campaign assets.
Assist in content planning, campaign ideation, and content calendars aligned with the brand voice.
Stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices.
Assist in copywriting, proofreading, and quality checks for marketing materials KOL & Influencer Management.
Source, coordinate, and manage influencers, creators, media partners, and KOL collaborations.
Assist in campaign briefs, product seeding, timelines, and deliverables.
Track influencer campaign performance and engagement results Website & Digital Marketing.
Update and maintain company websites, landing pages, and promotional banners.
Support SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and digital marketing initiatives.
Assist in campaign tracking, analytics reporting, and lead generation efforts.
Work closely with the web development team on website improvements and marketing initiatives Coordination & Research.
Coordinate with internal teams including sales, design, product, and customer service for cohesive campaign execution.
Liaise with external agencies, vendors, media partners, and event organisers when required.
Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience insights.
Support exhibitions, roadshows, events, and promotional activities

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing concepts.
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Understanding of basic marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and engagement rate.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
