Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of working experience as a Cashier, Retail Assistant, or in a customer service-related role.

  • Familiar with handling cash transactions, debit/credit card payments, and e-wallet payments.

  • Possess basic mathematical skills and able to handle cash accurately.

  • Friendly and able to communicate well with walk-in customers and business clients.

  • Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented when handling cash and daily transactions.

  • Able to support daily outlet activities, including packing, labelling, and arranging goods.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cash transactions, debit/credit card payments, and e-wallet payments accurately.

  • Attend to walk-in customers and business clients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Support daily outlet activities, including packing, labelling, and arranging goods.
