Working Days: 6 days per week

⏰ Working Hours: Based on mall operating hours

(8.5 hours/day, between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

JOB SCOPE

• Handle cashier duties and process customer orders efficiently

• Prepare snacks, beverages and menu items according to SOP

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk, kitchen and serving area

• Assist with daily opening and closing operations

• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service

• Support team members to ensure smooth daily outlet operations

• Minimum SPM

• At least 2 years of stable working experience, preferably in franchise, F&B or related industries

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays

• Responsible, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
