Requirements
- SPM/Diploma in Culinary/Hotel Management or any related field
- 3 years’ experience of cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel
- Minimum 1 year in supervisory role
- Basic computer skills and familiar with stock/inventory system
Responsibilities
- To manage a kitchen team in Happy Food Co. in producing F&B orders as per SOP / quality and target time
- To manage the inventory stock take including forecasting the ordering / stock level / breakages / variances / wastages and others
- To lead a team of Commis in Happy Food Co. including the food preparation training
