We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sungai Buloh. Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a relevant industry or field is required.

• Experience in flooring, interior design, building materials, construction, home improvement, furniture, property, or related industries is an added advantage.

• Willing to travel for business purposes and meet clients as required.

• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.

• Friendly, professional, and presentable.

• Articulate, professional, and confident in communicating with customers.

• Able to provide accurate and reliable information to customers and team members.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly attentive to accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

• Motivated by sales targets, performance, and results.

• Strong customer follow-up skills with the ability to build and maintain good client relationships.

• Willing to learn, improve, and participate in product and sales training.

• Able to work independently while also being a good team player.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital communication tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required, including the ability to speak, read, and write effectively in Mandarin.

• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend suitable carpet and flooring solutions, manage quotations and enquiries, and follow up on opportunities through to successful orders.

We are looking for someone who is confident, commercially driven, customer-focused, and genuinely enjoys sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the carpet, flooring, and related industries.

• Follow up on company-provided customer leads and enquiries to convert prospects into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable carpet and flooring products.

• Manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and follow up with customers to secure orders.

• Conduct sales presentations, product discussions, and client meetings.

• Negotiate prices and sales terms in accordance with Company policies.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up activities.

• Work towards achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the Company's overall business growth.

• Travel when required to meet clients, attend site visits, and explore new business opportunities.
