About the Role

SuperX MicroInference (SuperX-MI) is expanding its NVIDIA-powered AI infrastructure and AI factory business across the region. We are seeking a Senior Presales / Solutions Architect to serve as the technical lead for customer engagements, partnering closely with Sales, NVIDIA, technology partners and internal engineering teams.

This role combines technical consulting, solution architecture and business engagement. You will work directly with enterprise customers, data center operators, AI-native companies and ecosystem partners to design scalable AI infrastructure and inference solutions that address real business needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, cloud or data center technologies, and is comfortable engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Presales

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer business objectives, AI use cases and infrastructure requirements.
• Design end-to-end AI infrastructure, AI factory and inference solutions leveraging NVIDIA technologies and partner ecosystems.
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, statements of work and customer presentations.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, technical briefings and proof-of-concept discussions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification through solution validation.

Customer Engagement

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to CIOs, CTOs, AI leaders, engineering teams and data center stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes and value propositions.
• Support executive-level presentations and customer strategy discussions.

Partner & Ecosystem Development

• Collaborate closely with NVIDIA and ecosystem partners on joint customer opportunities.
• Support partner enablement activities, technology showcases and industry events.
• Stay current on NVIDIA product roadmaps, AI infrastructure trends and emerging technologies.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Development, ISG Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Provide market feedback and customer requirements to support product and solution development.
• Support successful transition from presales to delivery and implementation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, presales engineering or technical consulting.
• Experience designing AI, GPU, cloud, data center, HPC or infrastructure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of NVIDIA ecosystem, AI workloads, GPU architecture and modern data center environments.
• Experience engaging enterprise customers and leading technical discussions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions in a fast-growing environment.

Preferred

• NVIDIA certifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI Factory, GenAI, LLM, inference or model deployment environments.
• Experience working with cloud providers, system integrators or infrastructure vendors.
