Responsibilities
Greetings! NAE:UM Group is launching a new family-style Korean-Italian fusion restaurant in Telok Ayer St in Oct 2026. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Back of House operations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a full-service restaurant
- Established skills in Western food preparations, noodle-making, pasta-making
- Keenness to explore both Western and Korean cuisine styles
- Strong team player
- Willingness to learn and stamina to upkeep with a Head Chef trained in MICHELIN quality standard
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English
