Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR working experience is required. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation accurately.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building programs, and internal HR events.

  • Liaise with internal departments on HR-related matters.
