Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers' inquiries and provide product information in Mandarin and English.
• Promote products and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, and online inquiries.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and payments.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support new customer development.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Assist with stock checking and other administrative duties when required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Sales experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
