About the Role
Are you a naturally warm, energetic person who loves meeting new people? We are looking for
F&B Service Crew
members who bring great energy, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming smile to work every day.
In this role, customer service goes beyond taking orders—it’s about creating an inviting experience. You should be
outspoken, friendly, and completely comfortable striking up natural conversations with strangers
. If you love connecting with guests, making people feel at home, and working in a vibrant team environment, we’d love to have you on board!
Roles & Responsibilities
Warmly greet every guest upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm.
Proactively engage with patrons, recommending menu items, sharing recommendations, and striking up casual, friendly conversations.
Build rapport with regular customers to foster a welcoming, community-focused bistro culture.
Take orders accurately using the POS system and process payments.
Clear and sanitize tables, reset dining areas, and ensure the bistro remains spotless and inviting.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback with charm, patience, and professionalism.
Support teammates during peak operational hours to ensure smooth workflow.
Prerequisites & Skills
Personality First:
Friendly, outgoing, confident, and articulate. You thrive in social settings and enjoy talking to people from all walks of life.
Communication:
Strong command of spoken English; ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with guests. (Fluency in a second language is a plus!)
Experience:
Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail customer service is preferred, but candidate attitude and personality matter most—
fresh entry-level applicants with the right personality are welcome to apply!
Work Ethic:
Punctual, reliable, physically fit to handle long hours, and open to working on weekends/public holidays.

Expected start date: mid Nov 2026
Working days: Wednesday - Sunday (5 full days)
