Experian Hiring! Full Time Solutions Architect (Video Conference) in Selangor - Ricebowl

Reporting to a Senior Director, you will lead the architecture and lifecycle strategy for Experian's global video conferencing and collaboration spaces. You will establish consistent room and technology standards, guide the refresh of more than 400 video conferencing units, and prioritize investment based on business needs, site plans, technology lifecycle, usage data, and available budget. Working with technology, facilities, and vendor teams, you will help deliver reliable, supportable, and high-quality collaboration experiences across global locations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define global architecture standards for video conferencing rooms, devices, configurations, and Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions.
• Develop and govern the lifecycle refresh roadmap, prioritizing investment based on site strategy, technology risks, room usage, and available budget.
• Establish standards for end-of-life replacements, urgent equipment failures, room changes, and other unplanned technology needs.
• Improve service reliability through monitoring, performance data, proactive support, and readiness standards for network and site changes.
• Partner with facilities, technology teams, site leaders, and vendors to coordinate room readiness, platform transitions, and refresh delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise video conferencing / AV / collaboration spaces architecture, including global standardization and refresh programs.
• Track record managing lifecycle transitions and EoL/EoS remediation across a large VC estate, using telemetry/usage insights to prioritize investments.
• Delivery leadership—comfortable operating at the intersection of Workplace/Facilities, Network, and UC Engineering/Operations to deliver room readiness and user experience.
• Program governance and operational discipline
