We are looking for a motivated, service-oriented Personnel to understand clients’ needs, recommend suitable applicants, and guide clients through the hiring and placement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients' hiring needs, preferences, and hiring requirements.
• Interview applicants, assess their suitability, and recommend suitable applicants to clients.
• Arrange interviews between employers and applicant, answer enquiries, and follow up on hiring decisions.
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to placement, working closely with the sourcing and administration teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships, provide timely updates, and work towards agreed requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups. You should be comfortable handling client enquiries, discussing recruitment services, and working towards targets. Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
