Possess a valid Malaysian GDL license with a clean driving record.

Ability to operate a manual transmission van.

Proven experience as a van driver, preferably within a logistics or delivery environment.

Familiarity with routes in Kelantan and surrounding areas.

Excellent time management and punctuality skills to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

Physical ability to load and unload goods as required.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English to interact with customers and colleagues.

Willingness to work full-time hours, Monday to Saturday, with potential for overtime.

Ability to follow delivery schedules and instructions accurately.

Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned van.

Safely operate and drive a company van for the delivery and collection of goods, documents, and materials to various locations within Kelantan and surrounding areas.

Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service, considering traffic conditions and delivery schedules.

Load and unload goods from the van, ensuring proper handling, securing of items, and accuracy of inventory against delivery orders or manifests.

Perform routine checks on the van, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and basic maintenance, to ensure roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery signatures, mileage logs, and any discrepancies or issues encountered during transit.

Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving and handling goods.

Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients at delivery and collection points, addressing any immediate concerns.

Keep the van clean and organized, both internally and externally, to maintain a professional company image.

Assist with warehouse duties as needed, such as organizing stock, preparing orders for dispatch, or other logistical support tasks.
