Malaysian SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / F&B or related field At least 5 years in F&B, including 2 years as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager Know how to plan rosters, control stock and read sales and cost numbers A strong leader who stays calm during peak hours Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Good Bahasa Melayu and English Typhoid injection and food handler certificate before you start (we will guide you if you don't have them yet)

Run the outlet day to day: opening, service, kitchen and closing Lead, train and motivate your supervisors and crew Plan staff rosters and keep labour cost and overtime under control Order stock, control wastage and do monthly stock counts Hit sales targets and manage outlet costs Keep food quality, speed and cleanliness at GOPIZZA standard Make sure the outlet follows food safety and halal rules, and passes every audit and inspection Handle customer feedback and complaints Prepare daily sales and cash reports Keep staff attendance and overtime records accurate for payroll Work with HR to hire and onboard new crew
