We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers across multiple communication platforms. This role requires working on a rotating shift basis to ensure customers receive assistance around the clock.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
• Assist customers by providing solutions and accurate information
• Update customer details and case notes in the system after each interaction
• Escalate technical or complex matters to the appropriate team for resolution
• Provide support to customers from different markets when necessary
• Adhere to company guidelines on privacy and information security
• Identify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Customer-oriented attitude with good attention to detail
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including late-night, weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours (Rotational Shift)

• Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
