Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble ingredients accurately to meet menu specifications

Prepare meals following approved recipes to ensure consistent quality

Portion and present food items to meet company standards consistently

Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies promptly to prevent shortages

Cook high-quality meals and food items following company recipes

Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking procedures.

Clean and sterilize cooking utensils before each use to maintain hygiene

Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of food preparation areas to comply with safety standards

Collaborate with team members to complete food orders efficiently and on time

Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations

Stand for extended periods during shifts to fulfill cooking duties

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

Preferably 3 years of working experience in the Hospitality industry

Ability to prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining quality and consistency.

Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
