Prospect Hiring! Full Time Banking Officer (Talent Acquisition Specialist) - 6 Months Contract in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 11,000 - Ricebowl

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our banking client's recruitment ramp-up. This is a 6-month contract role, potential renewable suited for individual with strong hands-on recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract applicants through multiple channels, including professional networks and other recruitment platforms.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking technology roles
• Screen and review candidate profiles, conducting initial pre-screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for both the role and the organization.
• Maintain accurate and timely hiring records through both manual trackers and ATS systems, ensuring full visibility of pipeline status.
• Prepare structured and competitive salary proposals, aligning with internal ranges, compa-ratio benchmarks, and internal parity considerations.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and professional candidate experiences.
• Continuously review and evaluate recruitment practices to enhance effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• At least a recognized degree in HR, business, or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of proven recruitment experience in technology roles within financial services or large-scale shared services.
• Comfortable managing recruitment pipeline via ATS platforms and manual trackers.
• Demonstrated capability in preparing in-house salary proposals aligned to ranges, compa-ratios, and parity checks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• An immediate starter that is willing to take up a temporary 6-month contract role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
• Able to work 100% on site
• Mandarin is the added advantage
