Job Title: Production Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and committed Production Assistant to join our chocolate manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily chocolate and food production activities.
• Prepare, weigh and measure raw materials according to production requirements.
• Assist with chocolate making, moulding, filling, packing and labelling.
• Ensure products are produced according to company quality and production standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment and tools.
• Follow production schedules, SOPs and food safety procedures.
• Check product quantity, appearance and packaging before products are sent out.
• Assist with stock checking and proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Work together with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in food/chocolate production is an advantage.
• Must be hardworking, punctual, responsible and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment.
• Willing to learn and take on different tasks.
• Good attendance and positive working attitude are important.
