Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

End-User Support: Provide support for software, hardware and network-related issues via onsite, remote, phone, and ticketing system

OS & Application Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Outlook, and other business applications

Hardware Management: Setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals

Active Directory: User creation, password resets, group policies, and access management in AD

Ticketing & Documentation: Log, track, and resolve incidents in ITSM tool (ServiceNow / Jira) within defined SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Experience with imaging tools, Outlook configuration, and remote support tools
