Company Overview: -

• Basic Up to: $3500 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + $120 transport allowance if possess own transport
• Tuas
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm), Saturday (8am – 12pm)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage new and existing projects, coordinating with customers on their specifications, schedules, and waste collection requirements to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to ensure compliance with site-specific waste collection requirements.
• Coordinate closely with customer site operations coordinators to understand operational needs, clarify requirements, and resolve service-related matters.
• Oversee on-site workers and subcontractors, monitor work performance, and escalate workforce or operational issues to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project site risks and issues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Support the Project Manager in implementing customer care initiatives, monitoring customer satisfaction and complaints, and tracking changes in customer personnel, equipment, processes, materials, and business strategies.

You will need: -

• Min ITE in Mechanical Engineering
• Possess min Class 3/3A license

Relevant Certificates: -

• Safety Orientations Course (Working in Power Plant and Construction)
• Supervise Work at Height Course
