Job Responsibilities:

·       Lead the build and on-going enhancements for one of them company's key native build platforms.

·       Provide technical directions to developers and provide/review solutions and architecture for a quality and robust platform. Coding is required whenever necessary.

·       Perform technical troubleshooting across backend APIs, mobile applications, web applications, databases and infrastructure integrations.

·       Support the ongoing modernization of product architecture and infrastructure, with ongoing AI initiatives. Experience with AI development framework would be advantage.

·       Ensure code quality, maintainability and security standards. Identify opportunities to improve application reliability and performance. One key focus will be the implementation of AI development lifecycle.

·       Support security remediation including SAST, SCA, DAST and penetration-testing findings.

·       Ensure appropriate branching, code-merging and release practices are followed.

·       Work closely with Product Owners to assess technical impact and effort for enhancement requests.

·       Mentor developers and improve the overall engineering capability of the team. 
·       Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

·      Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

·       8-10+ years of software development experience, including experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role.

·       Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development, mobile application architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and CI/CD practices.

·       Proven experience leading the development, enhancement, and support of production-grade applications.

·       Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor development teams.

·      Experience in AI initiatives, application security practices, and digital transformation projects will be advantageous.
