Job Summary

Support student discipline and welfare by managing daily operations, investigating incidents, mentoring students, and maintaining accurate records to promote a safe and supportive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily discipline operations by addressing latecomers, detention, suspensions, and conducting walkabouts within the school and surrounding areas to ensure compliance and safety
• Investigate student incidents thoroughly, follow up with involved students, and engage parents to resolve issues effectively
• Guide and mentor students with disciplinary challenges, monitoring and tracking their progress to support positive behaviour change
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, disciplinary cases, and investigation outcomes using Word and Excel for reliable documentation
• Follow safeguarding and emergency protocols, escalating concerns about student safety or well-being promptly to appropriate authorities
• Handle student and family information with strict confidentiality in compliance with PDPA regulations
• Perform additional student management and school operational duties as assigned to support overall school functioning
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in youth work or related fields
• Experience with restorative practices or structured behaviour management frameworks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Emotional resilience and cultural sensitivity to manage high-pressure situations and interact fairly with diverse student and parent populations
