Role Description As a Crew Member at Taco Bell Malaysia, you will provide friendly, efficient service to guests, including taking orders, handling payments, and answering menu questions. You will prepare food according to company recipes and food safety procedures, maintain clean and organized kitchen and dining areas, and restock supplies as needed. Crew Members work closely with the team to ensure fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience during each shift. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malaysia, and may include working weekends, evenings, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.

• Ability to deliver courteous, attentive customer service and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Capacity to follow food safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and quality procedures consistently.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, and standing for extended periods.
• Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and willingness to take direction and support colleagues.
• Basic numeracy for handling cash, using point-of-sale systems, and processing transactions accurately.
• Prior experience in food service or retail is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed by restaurant operations.
• Eligibility to work in Malaysia and proficiency in English; additional local language skills are beneficial.
