Responsibilities
Working hour
Mon to Thur: 10 am to 7 pm
Fri: 10.30 am to 7 pm
Key Roles
Support Operations Manager in daily school operations, facilities, and services
Coordinate with IFM Contractor and Service Partners on maintenance, repairs, and improvements
Assist in supervising OSOs in their operational duties
Assist in quotations, work requests, budgets, project proposals, and operational documentation
Support implementation of safety, security, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety measures
Support student discipline-related matters where required
Any other duties assigned by School Management
Requirements
At least
GCE N Level
Preferably
3 years' relevant working experience
in a related field
Preferably a valid
Fire Safety Manager
certification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
