Working Arrangement:

• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational off days

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Mandarin speaker required
• Procurement / supply chain experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with multiple systems
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts
• Schedule based on management arrangement

What You’ll Do

• Process and verify customer & supplier orders
• Create, update and revise Purchase Orders (POs)
• Manage SKU changes, reorders, replacements & cancellations
• Coordinate stock allocation and shortages
• Ensure FIFO requirements are followed
• Verify warehouse receiving & sorting information
• Coordinate with farmers/suppliers on shortages and excess stock
• Maintain reservations and extra stock allocations
• Follow up on COA and product certifications
• Track supplier-related payment enquiries
• Update pricing, quantities, delivery dates & cost adjustments
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse & suppliers
