We are looking for a Sales Coaching (Retail) to oversee retail outlets, monitor sales performance, and coach frontline staff.

You will visit assigned outlets, support staff in achieving sales targets, provide product and sales training, and ensure stores follow company standards and promotions.

Role: Sales Coaching (Retail)
Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Package

• RM2,300 – RM2,500 | 1 year experience
• RM2,600 – RM3,000 | 3 years Telco experience
• Mobile Claim: Up to RM100
• Travel Claim: Up to RM500
• Sales Incentive: Based on outlet performance

Working Hours:

• 11:00AM - 8:30PM (rotational shifts)
• 6 working days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor store sales and achieve monthly targets
• Visit outlets and coach staff on sales & customer service
• Train staff on products, SOPs and systems
• Ensure outlets follow promotions, pricing and SOPs
• Maintain good relationships with store staff and managers
• Prepare store and training reports

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience (telco industry is an added advantage)
• Able to communicate fluently and perform sales independently
• Comfortable working independently and achieving sales targets
• Wiling to travel to visit partner outlets
