Roles &Responsibilities
·      Understanding customer needsand provide information required to encourage a purchase.
·      Consistently promoting andselling company products and services.
·      Achieve the monthly salestarget set by the Company.
·      Organise and supervise shifts
·      Coordinate and supervise allaspects of service, ensuring all customers have a positive experience
·      Any other ad-hoc duties asassigned by the Company
Qualifications& Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Retail industry preferably in a managerial role

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
