ROLE AND FUNCTIONS

Assist in planning activities to ensure shipments and products are available or manufactured on time to meet customer shipments.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLES

• Assist consolidation of the inventory demand and supply planning for the manufacturing plant in Malaysia and oversea suppliers, when require.
• Helping on local goods transfer receipt
• Warehouse transfer and item code adjustment (to ensure movement system synchronizes with physical movement).
• Assist in issuing oversea suppliers purchase order.
• Checking draft order confirmation vs PO to keep both align.
• Update order confirmation number and confirmed delivery date in Pronto.
• Update Pronto with good in transit (Oversea shipments).
• Perform good receipt for incoming shipment from oversea suppliers- upon confirmation from warehouse.
• Creating Work Order (AGM & DHM) when required.
• Assist on Inventory reconciliation during the inventory stock count, when require.
• Maintain shipment records on dedicated repository.
• Support on Test certificate (COC/COO) requirement- Upon request by shipping officers.
• Support and ad-hoc task when assign by supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (Preferred)
