About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our Malaysia Sales team. You’ll call warm leads, understand what each customer needs, and recommend the right solution for both individual vehicle owners and business fleet customers. You’ll report to the Telesales Manager and receive training and coaching from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Convert sales leads provided to you into new customers through phone and WhatsApp conversations
• Qualify leads and identify the right solution for each customer
• Sell to both consumers and commercial/fleet customers, adapting your approach to each
• Follow up proactively with prospects to close deals
• Review your own calls and test new techniques to keep improving your results

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin, Cantonese or Tamil is a strong advantage
• Confident, friendly communicator who builds rapport with customers at all levels
• Self-driven, positive and target-oriented, with a can-do attitude
• Strong customer service mindset
