Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Analyse financial performance, profitability, cash flow, and variances to support business decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Costing & Pricing: Maintain standard costing processes and ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Management Reporting: Deliver financial reports and insights to support performance improvement.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across finance operations.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise costs and business performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or CFA qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of manufacturing costs, financial reporting, and commercial finance.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
