Proven experience as a Service Crew member or in a similar customer-facing role within the food and beverage industry.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and team members.

Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Proficiency in order taking, food and beverage knowledge, and basic cash handling procedures.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business needs.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items.

Greet customers warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression.

Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials, answering any customer queries accurately.

Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately, using the POS system or order pads, and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards and presentation guidelines.

Monitor customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience, proactively addressing any concerns or issues to ensure a pleasant visit.

Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change and receipts.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, and assist with table setting and clearing.

Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Assist with opening and closing duties as required, such as restocking supplies, preparing service areas, and cleaning equipment.
