Registration Caller | Education Industry

Salary: $12 per hour
Location: United Square (Near Novena MRT)
Contract Duration: Immediate to 31 December 2026
Working Schedule: 5 days per week (3 weekdays and 2 weekends)

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 10:00am – 7:00pm or 1:00pm – 10:00pm

• Weekends: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone enquiries from parents and customers regarding programmes and enrolment.

• Assist parents with student registration and enrolment over the phone.

• Provide general information about available programmes and direct potential enrolment leads to the sales team.

• Attend to customer feedback and ensure enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

• Assist with walk-in enquiries at the front desk when required.

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
