Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience preferably within marketing, event management, digital marketing (added advantage with working experience in automotive industry or dealership).

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 6.00 pm)

Knowledge / Skills

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must. Additional language is advantage.

• Digital-savvy and proficient with social media platforms and web analytics.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand data and business performance.

• Experience in managing social media and ecommerce platforms as well as content creation and design is a plus.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating events, and supporting brand development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plan, submit and activate approved campaigns and activities effectively and efficiently.

• Develop creative marketing strategies to build market share and brand awareness.

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.

• Monitor competitor activity and benchmark.

• Strategize, plan and create creative content for social media posting on a daily basis to engage the online community.

• Write and proofread creative copy and ensure all communication material, artwork, and content adheres to principal’s guidelines and timeline.

• Monitor, evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to ensure the correct and effective mediums and strategies are being used.

• Oversee and manage the development and maintenance of company’s website.

• Organize events and liaise with vendor, event organizer, business partner and many more.

• Liaise with a third parties’ media, printers and publisher as required and manage the production of marketing POSM such as flyers, posters, bunting, A-Board and etc by following brand guidelines.

• Manage and track principal’s KPI progress and allocated marketing expenses/budget.

• Submit quarterly Pre-Calendar and event or monthly advertisement artwork/video for principal’s approval.

• Conduct LIVE event and update all activities on relevant company brand’s official social media accounts.

• Submit report to principal within 48 hours after any marketing activities ended.

• Submit Post-Calendar, Summary of Claims, and Invoice to principal within the stipulated timeline.

• Coordinate internal marketing and organization’s culture.

• Communicate and report to internal stake holders to identify opportunities to further expand business.

• Attend all trainings, meetings and networking opportunities.

• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department and principal.
