About the Roles

We are hiring a Site Engineer (Civil / RC Works) for a permanent position in the building construction industry, with work locations varying according to project assignments. The role follows a 5.5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The salary package includes Basic Salary, Variable Bonus (VB), and Medical & Dental Benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day construction operations.
• Track construction progress and ensure activities remain aligned with project timelines.
• Plan and coordinate construction sequences, resource allocation, and manpower requirements.
• Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure construction works meet project specifications and drawings.
• Arrange and participate in site inspections to monitor work quality and compliance.
• Manage material requisitions, delivery schedules, and site mobilisation activities.
• Examine construction drawings, compute material quantities, and prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Identify and address technical challenges and site coordination matters.
• Prepare project progress reports, cost estimates, and regular status updates.
• Maintain accurate project databases, construction records, and relevant documentation.
• Carry out other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience in Singapore, ideally involving civil engineering or reinforced concrete (RC) works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working independently and completing tasks within project deadlines.
• Strong team player with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at various stages.
• Eager to learn and continuously develop professional skills.
