Role Overview

This is a dual-focus role that sits at the intersection of growth and community support. You will be responsible for bringing in new enrolments and developing fundraising opportunities that sustain our scholarship and facility development initiatives. It suits someone who is comfortable talking to people, genuinely cares about education, and can manage their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Enrolment

• Follow up with prospective families via phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings, and arrange centre tours
• Clearly explain our curriculum, teaching philosophy, and enrolment process to parents
• Maintain an admissions pipeline and record the status and next steps of each interaction
• Meet monthly enrolment targets

Fundraising & Community Development

• Introduce the school's bursary programme and development fund to existing families, alumni, and local businesses
• Plan and run small-scale fundraising activities
• Prepare fundraising proposals and reports that explain how funds will be used
• Maintain donor records and ensure every contribution is properly followed up and acknowledged

About you

• Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or Fundraising
• Excellent communication and people skills with ability to present professionally and persuasively
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work independently to achieve goals
• Willing to travel for client meetings, networking events, and partner visits
• Professional and presentable

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
