Earn What You’re Truly Worth — Up to 30% Commission
If you’re in the aesthetics industry and feel underpaid, under-recognised, or stuck — this is your upgrade.
Join one of Singapore’s most established aesthetic groups, trusted since 2005, with over 80,000 customers and a strong reputation for real results, advanced technology, and consistent 5-star experiences.
This is not a typical clinic role.
This is where your skills directly translate into income, growth, and long-term career progression.
Why This Role Changes Everything
You don’t just earn a salary — you build real income.
Up to 30% commission structure
Strong base salary with upside growth
Team incentives, overriding bonuses, and profit sharing
High conversion environment with proven demand
If you know how to serve, consult, and close — you will earn.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be the face of the brand — delivering results and building trust.
Perform face and body treatments with precision
Consult clients and recommend the right treatments and packages
Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
Maintain a professional, high-standard clinic environment
Support daily operations including scheduling and client care
What You’ll Get
Structured training with hands-on exposure to advanced technologies
Continuous development and fast-track progression opportunities
Flexible 5 or 6 day work week
Premium staff benefits, medical coverage, and product perks
Real career growth — not just another job
Who This Is For
You’re someone who:
Has experience in beauty or aesthetics
Is confident with customers and understands service + sales
Wants to earn more and grow faster
Is ready to step into a performance-driven environment
This Is Your Turning Point
