Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will welcome and assist guests, manage karaoke room bookings and orders, maintain cleanliness, and support daily outlet operations to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests to create a friendly and welcoming environment
Manage karaoke room bookings and arrangements to optimize customer satisfaction
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of karaoke rooms, equipment, and common areas
Perform daily opening and closing duties to support outlet operations
Handle customer requests and feedback with professionalism and care
Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs
Basic knowledge of POS systems to assist in order processing
Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude to enhance guest experience
