Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, coding and digital innovation?

We are looking for an innovative and technology-driven AI & Automation Specialist to help transform our business operations through AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, web development and digital systems.

We don't just want someone who knows how to use AI tools. We want someone who can BUILD things using AI and technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AI Development & Implementation

• Research, develop and implement AI-powered solutions for business operations.
• Build AI assistants, chatbots and automated response systems.
• Develop AI workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI platforms.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into HR, Education, Customer Service, Administration and Marketing.

2. Web Development & System Building

• Develop, maintain and improve company websites and landing pages.
• Build internal web-based applications and business management systems.
• Work with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other relevant programming languages.
• Integrate APIs and third-party applications to improve business processes.
• Troubleshoot, test and continuously improve system performance.

3. Database & Data Management

• Design, develop and maintain company databases.
• Build automated data collection, recording and tracking systems.
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems for management.
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, security and proper documentation.
• Integrate databases with internal systems and automation workflows.

4. Business Process Automation

• Automate repetitive tasks and manual workflows across departments.
• Integrate platforms such as Google Workspace, Telegram, Trello, CRM and other business applications.
• Develop automated notification, reporting and task-tracking systems.
• Build end-to-end workflows that reduce manual work and improve productivity.

5. AI-Powered Marketing & Digital Campaigns

• Support the development of AI-powered marketing campaigns.
• Build marketing automation workflows for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Develop landing pages, campaign tracking and lead management systems.
• Explore AI tools for content creation, customer segmentation and marketing analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements using data.

6. Research, Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, tools and automation trends.
• Explore new technologies that can improve business efficiency.
• Recommend innovative digital solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Train and guide internal team members in adopting AI tools and automation systems.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or related fields.
• Good knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms and AI-assisted development.
• Familiar with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web development.
• Knowledge of database management, SQL or similar database technologies.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and workflow automation.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, cloud-based systems and digital tools.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Creative, innovative and passionate about technology.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Experience with Python, JavaScript, Node.js or React.
• Experience with Supabase, Firebase, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms.
• Experience developing AI agents, chatbots or RAG-based systems.
• Familiar with GitHub, APIs, webhooks and cloud deployment.
• Experience in digital marketing automation and CRM integration.
• A portfolio of websites, applications, AI projects or automation systems.
